We are seeking a marketing professional that can bring Crimson Design Group’s evolving brand to life and illustrate our mission and work in a way that excites, engages and motivates the community to take action!
We require this person to have an advanced understanding of the luxury market, be ahead of local and global luxury marketing trends and have the instinctive ability to lead the Crimson Design team in goals and strategies.

Collaborate with strategic leadership to develop/maintain marketing and communications plans to ensure high visibility and relevance year-round.
Thorough understanding of voice and tone and ability to integrate into all communications/interactions regardless of the medium.
Develop meaningful working relationships with media contacts by providing excellent service and responding to requests in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain a business development database and follow-up process.
Development of Crimson Design Group case studies for use across all Crimson Design Group Channels.
Identify, develop, maintain and implement internal processes to support our team.
Management of external communication through web, electronic, print, and social media.
Responsible for writing, editing, messaging and consistency in materials including but not limited to formal presentations, newsletters, press releases, blogs, and social media posts.
Craft content through photography and video from office, to location of work and related events. Must be able to create and edit photos and videos.
Leverage social media and online engagement opportunities through regular and strategic campaigns.
Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
Ownership of research of potential awards and lists in which Crimson Design Group has an interest, and ownership of submission details and follow-through.
Other relevant projects, as identified and prioritized by leadership.
Skills and Qualifications Required:
Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or related field strongly preferred.
2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, journalism, or advertising. role.
Documented experience in social media.
Strong experience in graphic design.
Ability to work independently and communicate quickly and effectively when help is required.
Strong written and public speaking skills and the ability to effectively use communications to advance the organization’s brand strategy.
Strong project management skills.
Strong proofreader and excellent, clear written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work in a collaborative, open environment; successful candidates will be team-oriented, self-directed and forward-thinking.
Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, Keynote, Adobe Suite – including InDesign and Photoshop.
Initial and recent knowledge of social Insights tools (Facebook, Instagram, etc…).
Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
